- We do not offer refunds because perfumes are personal-use products, and once they leave our premises, we cannot guarantee their integrity or ensure they remain unopened or unused. This helps us maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.
- However, if your product arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement, provided the following conditions are met:
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- You share your Order ID and clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.
To request a replacement, please email us at support@veloreperfumes.com with the above details. Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
